Yuantai Derun supplies steel U channel from 50 x 37 mm up to 400 x 104 mm, in carbon steel grades Q195 through Q355B and equivalent ASTM and EN designations. Hot rolled or cold formed, black or galvanized. We cut to length, punch holes and notch ends before packing, so the channel arrives ready to bolt on site.nt

Cutting and Hole Punching
Channel is supplied to length with square or chamfered ends. Holes can be punched to your pattern, and we mark each bundle by item number so pieces are not mixed on site. For repeat orders the punch pattern is kept on file.
Inspection and Paperwork
Mill Test Certificate (MTC) to EN 10204 3.1 with each heat. Third party inspection by SGS, BV or Intertek on request. ISO and CE documentation available.
Packing
Bundled with steel strapping, marked by size and heat number. Galvanized channel is wrapped for sea freight. Container loading plan supplied on request.
