photovoltaic bracket
Overview:
A photovoltaic bracket is only as good as the steel underneath it, and we make both.
Yuantai Derun runs eight photovoltaic support production lines. That means the tube, the purlin, the ground screw and the clamp all come from one supply chain, cut and punched to your layout before they leave the mill. No mixed batches, no waiting on a third party for a missing bracket.
What You Get From One Order
Rails and purlins in hot dip galvanized square and round tube, or cold formed C and Z section.
Spiral ground screws for ground mounted arrays, driven without concrete.
Clamps, brackets, rail splices and bolts matched to your panel frame.
Coating to the class your site needs, from Z275 up to ZAM for coastal air.
Three Ways We Mount a Solar Array
Our photovoltaic mounting systems can be divided into three broad categories:
- Roof mounting systems:
Pitched, flat and metal sheet roofs. Flush mount where roof area is tight, tilt mount where the array needs a steeper angle than the roof gives, ballast where the membrane cannot be penetrated.
- Ground-mounted systems:
Fixed tilt, or single axis tracking where the extra yield justifies the mechanism. We size the pile depth and spacing from your soil report, and ship the screws with the structure so nothing is left for site fabrication.
- Carport mounting systems:
A structure that carries the panels above and the vehicles below. We detail the columns and footings against your local snow and wind requirements.
Coating Is Where These Structures Live or Die
A bracket that rusts through in year eight costs more than the one that lasted twenty five. Zinc coating is the whole argument. We coat from 60 g/m2 for sheltered inland sites up to Z275 for exposed or coastal air, and supply ZAM coating where salt spray is severe. Coating weight is measured per batch and printed on the mill certificate, so you can verify what you were sold.
Steel grades: Q235B, Q355B, S235JR, S355JR.
Section thickness: 1.5 mm to 5.0 mm.
Coated steel produced against EN10346 and ASTM A653.
Cold formed hollow sections to GB/T 6723.
